I'm assuming you're doing the "Tears of the Savior" quest, right?
Well, if you go back to S'drassa ( the guy who gives you the quest) AFTER you've read the book "Knightfall" ( you have to read this, or it won't work), he'll give you 5 Philters of Frostward for free, each of them, when drunk, gives you 100% resistance to frost for 45 seconds.
Also, you will only start taking damage if you go into the snow-covered area of Frostfire Glade; you won't get damaged if you go into the grassy area surrounding it, just keep that in mind
INTERESTED.
The French, and pretty much all of Europe, engage, moment to moment, in more physical activity than Americans.
Climbing stairs is a daily routine since the first floor is one floor up and elevators (lifts) are not common in the ancient buildings. Here in the US, the first floor is the European ground floor.
Walking, rather than driving, in France is the norm. Bicycles are not a childrens toy, but often the primary transport.
There is little need for stationary bicycles, treadmills, and stair climbing exercise equipment, in France; the activity of daily living is the 'Bally's Fitness Center'.
We have created the fitness equipment to substitute for real life and still we get fat. Thirty to sixty minutes on all of our machines cannot substitute for the real thing.

I like your schedule. If I may make a suggestion though: That many exercises in 50 minutes is too long. Are you resting in between sets? If so, have you considered super sets? (Alternating muscles and doing one set for muscle group A then IMMEDIATELY rushing to your next machine and doing a set for muscle group B and repeat). This will not only increase your heart rate (you will seriously sweat it up) but will also increase your stamina, muscle mass, bone density, etc. It's intense and your workout gets done faster and your body achieves cardio fat burning heart rate while you are building muscle.
You're interesting. It's always so cool when I find people like this. You're kind of like me, which makes me wonder if you have my problem too. I always kind of change my personality around people, but I'm not really sure who the "real me" is.
People like you are deep. Loyalty like that is hard to find. It's also great that you're sensitive. You seem like a cool guy. People like you make great friends who last a long time. Just don't let that laziness affect your future, lol.
I'm sure you have a lot of self-motivation somewhere deep down, just force yourself to get good grades because if you don't try hard now, it will be harder for you later.
