Summer's been great so far. I still have boxes to unpack (Cathy Guisewite-like ACKKK!). And don't feel like you need to subscribe to my YouTube channel. I'm trying to figure out RSS feeds so that I can make one for this blog. That you should DEFINITELY subscribe to :)

Enjoy all your West Coast things, like your Jamba Juice and your … whatever else that's West Coast.

It comes mostly from only playing on the west coast in their bowl games. Utah played Navy in San Diego (+1240), New Mexico played Nevada in their home stadium (+782), BYU played UCLA in Vegas (-111), TCU played Houston in Houston (-239), Air Force played Cal in Fort Worth (+858).The biggest thing was indeed playing the independent (east coast Navy) on the West Coast. However, the rest of their games give a pretty big positive delta overall as well.

thanks to the stricter process of approving loans in the Philippines, their real estate industry seems untouched by the economic crash occuring in the US. in fact, it is during hard times like these that investing in real estate becomes even more appealing in the long run.

around 5 to 10 years from now, or probably even sooner than that, global market will bounce back again and prices will jump up as demand increases. the real estate properties you buy now at discounted prices will definitely bounce back up in value.
