I'm saying this because i like television and video games, and i want to defend those things. If they know it, parents can have alot of control over what video games kids can play. Usually the parents are the ones buying the video games for the kids and should check the rating and content of the game. As for television, parents can get a V-chip, and there are already parental settings for many modern TV's, but many parents are not super flyingly overprotective and dont bother with any of those. I just hope those boys got the belt, not just a little time out.

I'd have to say it's mostly the parents fault.
