Ideal Fitness Trainer in Frisco Texas
October 8, 2009 by Tucker
I wanted to get back in shape but wasn’t sure where to begin. A friend of mine told me to get a Frisco personal trainer from Lady Trainers To Go. Only after a few sessions, I began seeing and feeling results. My personal trainer in Frisco made sure that I stay focused on my goals. She has also made sure that my fitness routines are full of variety.
I get bored easily with exercise, so having someone customize my personal fitness regimen is great. Not only do I enjoy exercing with my personal trainer, I actually look forward to our next workout session. I used to just focus on cardio, but my trainer has taught me that I need resistance training as well if I really wish to achieve all of my fitness goals.
My fitness tranier has taught me other ways to get in shape. Now, I’m a big fan of yoga and Pilates. I had no idea that combining the two would give me such great results! Working out regularly has changed my life in many ways. I can’t believe how much I’ve been taught by my personal trainer Frisco and how much she’s helped me improve my overall health. I look better and feel great! I highly recommend Lady Trainers to everyone that wants to take charge and make improvements to their overall health. I’ve never learned it’s never too late to get fit. If I can do it anyone can so I’d absolutly recommend Lady Trainers To Go to anyone.

Marko,
Conor is what I like to call a “pretty boy lifter”. He wears Under-armor shirts, he does cardio, he showers on a regular basis. I can go on but Conor knows what I am talking about. However Conor has a “job” as a personal trainer and part of being a personal trainer is being a “pretty boy lifter”. Keep up the good work Conor and if you nail and clients I want pictures.
I've been weirded out by the TV commercial campaign for these games: the one for Personal Trainer Cooking (with Lisa Kudrow and an adorable blond child) is really cute, but…as you say Megan: does it have to be cooking? And in another with two friends sitting on a couch playing a game together, does the game have to center around shopping? In the minds of marketers, I guess so.
It does seem like it could a very uncomfortable situation. I know this sounds silly but have you tried talking with him and maybe he'll open up more to you? Or have you tried that and that didn't work either. I do wish you the best with the situation. Maybe to release some frustration you can do some KB swing and beat Luke's record

Hope to get my 25 KB next week. Now I have to figure out what I'll name him
Now as far as the trainers go, still not happy and it's not an easy adjustment. Come March 1st I'll only have one, Cyndee. That's if I choose to continue on with her. Believe me this is hard and I am not to happy about this. Then again I've probably said that in my posts as well. I told Brad the other day that If I wanted a women trainer I would have hired a women trainer to begin with. Not that i am a chauvinist or anything, it's just when it comes to training I prefer a man.
How stupid would you feel doing a workout with a personal trainer in a park full of people?!
You should have answered her with, "Me, of course". I know that is probably hard for you. I think he likes you and got his sister involved, because y'all are friends. She would naturally ask you if you knew someone. Maybe you should try to make moves toward him, in the same way he does you. Good Luck!
