it happend to me too, long time ago…reinstall your O.S (Windows) by formatting C: drive and reinstall your programs again, your internet connection is in conflict with the Network Card. Good luck!

I'm sorry if something offends you, but it only seems to matter if you are a minority. I can't say that I don't get offended, but since I'm white my complaints are seen as racist. Hello, a loading screen freeze means that the r4 is having trouble reading the micro sd card. Possible causes are, it's not seated correctly, the menu software is missing, or it's for a wrong version. Your best path is to try and work out if the problem is with your r4, or the micro sd card. Try to test them separate from each other with the latest updated software. It's not clear from your question if you kept the same micro sd with the same r4 card. I don't know which r4 you have so I can't really direct you, but the manufacturer website should be on the packaging, I'd get it straight from there.
If you suspect that you have unstable fake clone version you can get a genuine card there too. I managed to find this site after I got burned at a few others. Loved having my emails responded to because I had loads of questions, and they were quick to ship it. US based support and shipping I believe.
