Having trouble finding the right weight loss product?

I was having the same problem. With so many different claimed ways of losing this many pounds in so many days from so many sources it just began to be a blur. It seemed like I would never be able to make up my mind and choose the one that was right for me. Especially since they all seem to say lose weight fast or something to that affect!

I took a little time to do some research on the topic and found a review on some of the top ones on the market. There were like 10 of them to look at. But there was one that caught my eye because it spoke of not only having a diet that was proper for your body where you didn’t have to starve yourself! It also explained how you could rid yourself of toxins and parasites as well which many people don’t know they have in the first place.

As I read this review, I found out that the creator of this product is a female doctor who actually through testing found out that these parasites within us, can not only make you sick but can also make it difficult for people to succeed with there weight loss goals. It also said that the weight loss industry in general wasn’t happy with her releasing this because now people would actually know how to lose weight fast and to be able to regain there health and most of all keep it! So other diet products and services, like the ones that you buy expensive foods or diet pills etc., knew that once there customers found out about her secret. It was over for them and so was the millions that they rip off people for every year.

After checking out others I knew I had to give Dr. Suzanne’s a fair shot. I had bought the food before on another diet and it was just way to expensive for me. There is no food with hers which was perfect for me! Cheaper already I thought as I purchased her e-book. I’m so glad I did too, I just followed her directions to the letter and have lost 17 pounds so far as of this morning. I have about 9 or 10 more to go. When I lose that I’ll be in the best shape I’ve been in, in 7 years! So if your looking for a diet that works, here’s my advice. Find one for less than a hundred that has a money back guarantee like hers does and follow it to the letter!

    I've noticed that Wal-Mart is carrying the whole line of Special K diet products now (along with the whole SlimFast line) and they are prominently featured on end-caps with those awful video screens that turn on with the frakking commercials when you walk by them. It's not bad enough that we're bombarded with this crap on TV/billboards and in magazines, now they have to add it to stores where we shop. I swear, from now on, I'll be taking my CD player and headphones with me so I don't have to listen to their commercials.

    Truth is there is no fix. No matter what anyone tells you there is a simple basic rule, healthy eating and exercise. You are better to do something strong and gradual that you can maintain instead of a crash diet which will leave you binging and back to where you started.
    Try working out or walking every day because if you need to loose 20-25 pounds it needs to be every day to have an effect. You are thirteen so you are still developing into an adult so take control of your lifestyle now and it will be easier later in life to lead a healthier lifestyle. If you are eating any junk food, pizza, burgers cut it out of your diet as the calories in these foods are ridiculous. A mars bar could take you 30mins to walk off……get my point?

    The only way you can overcome this is if you WANT to overcome this. You need to have motivation and a good support system. My mother was going through the same thing, but she got back on track after 20 years and now she is happier then she was ever before. You need to get motivated! Your pride isn't holding you back, YOU are.

    I have tried the Diet Source by Nutritional Concepts. I think it is a great product! Are you taking the pills properly? Are you eating at least three meals a day? Even though you have to take a lot of pills with the Diet Source, each pill does something different. First, let me list the pills you have to take:

    Are you following the diet including in the packet? You should be getting a good amount of carbs in your diet. And it DOES encourage you to eat: 3 meals and 3 snacks!     But if you do have a problem with the product, the store where you bought it from should have a nice return policy. If you have the receipt, return the product and get a refund. If you happen to not have it, you can exchange it for half in store credit.

    As far as to why no webiste, no information – I don't know myself either. But I have been a happy user of this product. But just in case if you're not satisfied, the store will give your money back IF you have a receipt.

    expensive rubbish what doesn't work.
    you don't need special things to lose wt.
    you need to eat less calories
    eat a healthy, wholesome diet. lots of fruit and veg, low fat dairy, wholemeal carbs, learn protein… take exercise
    don't waste your money on "diet" products.
