Guide To Download PSP Games

September 29, 2009 by

Did you ever imagine playing video games whenever and wherever you are at any moment? The Sony PlayStation Portable or PSP gives you that freedom for less than $200. However, the price for individual games can add up. Maybe that’s why you have thought about how to download free PSP games on the Internet.

Here are three sets of questions and answers you may have about where to find these free games, how to download them to your PSP and how to play those non-PSP games on your PSP.

1. Where can I download free PSP games?
Go to Google and type in “download free PSP games” and they will lists for you many sites you can visit. However, you should first make sure your anti-virus software is updated and on before you download any file to your computer. If you don’t want to waste your time looking at sites, you may try one of the big download sites that everyone seems to recommend. They aren’t free, but for the same price you’ll pay for one new game at the stores, they will let you have unlimited access to over a million legitimate files.

2. How do I download games from the Internet to my PSP?
First, make sure you have a formatted memory stick that’s at least 256MB — 1GB is preferable, that’s inserted in your PSP. Have a USB cable connected between your computer and your PSP. Just drag and drop your game files from your computer’s hard drive over to the PSP>GAME path. After your games have been transferred to the memory stick, disconnect the USB cable from the PSP, scroll to GAME from the PSP main menu, then select the Memory Stick option. Press X and a list of games on your memory stick will appear.

3. How can I play other non-PSP games?
If you want to play games for Nintendo, Supernintendo, Megadrive, NeoGeo and others on your PSP, you can if you download the homebrew PSP games that emulate the gaming consoles of those other platforms. Programmers design, customize and develop these homebrew PSP games which are available on the Internet. For these types of games to work on your PSP, you need to have PSP Firmware 1.5 or less installed. If you have a newer PSP, you will need to downgrade the firmware for those games to play.

Downloading PSP games is easy if you download from a safe site and follow the simple steps outlined in this guide. Soon you will be enjoying many more games anytime and anywhere. You know it as the ultimate handheld gaming system, the place to play the very best in portable games. You may even know that the PSP® (PlayStation® Portable) system can do a bunch of other things as well. The thing is, once you’ve held all this in the palm of your hand, you won’t ever be the same.

You can download PSP games, movies, TV shows, wallpapers and software for your handheld entertainment device. Allthough these PSP game downloadsites can often be found rather easily, not all of them are that good or lack the content you were searching for in the first place. Once you are on your way searching for PSP games to download, you will quickly see there are many PSP game download websites out there that will let you download free PSP games.

These free PSP game download sites will also let you download other cool PSP stuff like music, movies, TV shows, themes and wallpapers and even PSP software. After you have logged in you can begin downloading straight away,The files are downloaded to your computer then you simply transfer the files straight to your PSP using a USB cable or compatible memory stick reader. I think that this is actually good news. A redesign of the Nintendo DS would be yet another opportunity for Nintendo to display their anti-Midas touch. Although Nintendo has the handheld gaming market cornered they have still shown many times over, how not to implement technologies. Just as one example, in Nintendo’s attempt to make a handheld gaming system with no moving parts, which is “the option that no one asked for”, they have given up the opportunity to produce an all inclusive portable handheld entertainment device. For a device like this consumers are forced to look at the Sony developed PSP and to a certain degree the often misguided Apple, who produced the wildly successful iPod. So in this one decision, Nintendo has placed themselves well within the intellectual box of technology and has shown that they can produce a product with no ability to grow and adapt to ever changing consumer demands.

OK i had one of those things with pop up's and stuff like dat and in the system tray it said i had a virus and stuff like pop ups that looked like security center. one way u can tell it it is lying is to look at the top left corner. if it looks like the Internet explorer one it is a malware or spy-ware ( i am not a expert or some like that so i might be wrong) i used windows defender ( my bought anti-virus did not find it)(Norton) windows defender is not like a anti-virus it is more like a anti-spy-ware (again i could be wrong)

I had 4 Trojan down loaders
    2 browser modifiers

if u have new toolbars in browsers then it is a browser modifier it mostly installs it's self without you even know that it is.

Here is the link for Windows defender

and here is the Windows defender info about the spy-ware i had ( if u want to know) and

    hope this helped

It is unlikely to be a console if neither play it and if you've cleaned them and the disc as well. The disc has scratches, and while often this does not affect game play, it is most likely the problem in this case.

First, contact the seller. They should either refund it or replace it if they can. It may cost you postage though if you have to send the item back, but if he is a good seller he will refund this too.

If he does nothing (give him a few days to reply) report it to ebay and hopefully you should get a refund through paypal.

Then leave feedback reflecting what has happened.
