It does not sound like a virus, but since you chat on a public computer, you have to be very careful logging in and out properly.Make sure remember my password is unchecked.
In addition if you have access to the Yahoo folder on that computer…make sure you always delete the cache after you logged out…also check in internet options that the passwords are not saved on that computer.
They should be blocked from public access..but does not hurt to double check it.
