Get 6 Pack Abs? Piece of Cake, If You Do It Right

Why is it that gals with flat stomachs and guys with 6 pack abs get all the stares and attention at the beach? It’s because they have taken the time and expended the effort to make themselves look their very best! It’s not enough just to know how to get 6 pack abs although that IS where to start. Success begins with making up your mind to get that look (and the attention it attracts) for yourself, and then going after it.
Exactly how difficult do you expect it would be to learn how to get a six pack? To have all those stomach muscles showing, all six well-defined, on your body? How much training would it take? How long would it take? Where would you need to start?
When you get right down to it, getting 6-pack abs is pretty simple. You need a good plan. Then you need to exercise enough to make your abdominal muscles stand out a bit. The only thing left is to get rid of the belly fat that is covering up your abs so they can’t be seen.
You have to avoid the misinformation out there about how to get your 6 pack abs. Most of what you will hear or read is just flat wrong. You need exercise, right. But not that much. The really important part is how hou handle your diet regimen to sculpt your body into the way you want it to look.
The most important part of your quest for how to get a six pack will be to get a good, workable plan. You can’t expect to be successful if you just ‘wing it’ and keep moving in that direction. You need a good, detailed, flexible plan set up by a professional. Not just any professional but one with a proven track people for showing people like you how to do it.

ASSUMES that every woman on the suspension list deserves to be there; many innocent names (grad and undergrad) are plastered there that don't deserve to be there and those women did NOT get their due processes as specified in our sorority protocol.
I can say this first-hand because I (a HARD working and upright soror) was one of those many names. I will be glad to see the day when we aren't threatened and intimidated by disciplinary actions that should only be reserved for true offenders. Sorors could not handle things in-house because of such threats and thus many “know things” but many lips have been forced shut out of fear. I always wondered why we were told (as grown women) not to communicate with eachother via the internet. Now I see why; they were trying to prevent us from learning about the truth and getting together in numbers to root out the STANK. To all those crying about business being in the streets? Puleeze! Who are you trying to impress? I'm trying to get my AKA back to the business honey, I could care less about what Juanita Blow or Joe Jenkins thinks. Best believe we will have the appropriate checks and balances in place once we get past.
Btw, hazing was a red-herring that is administration used as a distractor to rob folk blind! Our founders' dreams will not be buried by these idiots (insert BAM, ESJ, ESO, CHS, etc). FOTWI FTW!]]>
