In F1 enter name to be searched. In F2 enter ="*"&F1&"*" In G1 enter
=INDEX(A:A,MATCH( SMALL($B:$B,ROW()),$B:$B,0))
Copy down col for a few rows enough to display multiple results.
If you want extra info associated with each match copy formula across and change A:A to the column you want returned ie D:D in col H
