Tami has a friend, well she's extended family really, that could use some help. I believe her water pump just went out on her car. She is a very sweet lady I believe she in her mid 70's and on a fixed income. She is a faithful christian and she'll make you laugh. She also likes to give hugs. I'm willing to pitch in and help with some $$$ if someone knows a good mechanic maybe even a member of Life. What does everyone think?

Eric and crashmates I have an idea of someone we can help for a compassion project. Legacy cost is what is killing GM more than anything else. But I think another issue has to due with a lack of innovation. Ford cars, like the focus, lack both the engineering expertise and physical attactiveness of foreign made cars. If ford made a respectable car, dealerships wouldn't have so many problems moving their inventories. Ford needs to work on the engineering aspect of their company and the dealerships will take care of themselves.

I agree with wilson. FGS - I am *totally* and utterly sure that my car is with the car-repair gnomes, who are polishing it and fixing the final little shining star to the dashboard as we speak. Those little car-repair gnomes sure are busy in Johannesburg these days!!
Benny, ja - cars are a pain, thanks for the wishes. It's actually ok, but I just hate when people take stuff that isn't theirs. It's annoying.
SEGWAYS! Aren't they the answer? A golf cart would actually be first prize, with Segway as a close second.

Ahhh, this sweet blog made me feel quite moved – thank you DBAWIW!

FGS – I am *totally* and utterly sure that my car is with the car-repair gnomes, who are polishing it and fixing the final little shining star to the dashboard as we speak. They use vacuum power to operate. Check to see if you have vacuum at one of the actuators with a vacuum gauge with the engine running.

The ducting system has doors that open and close based on the dash AC setting.
