External & Internal Hemorrhoids Treatments

January 8, 2010 by

Common symptoms of hemorrhoids are itching, pain and bleeding. Both Men, women suffer from this disease. More than two thirds of Americans are suffering from piles. Piles or hemorrhoids can be internal or external.

Treatment of hemorrhoid includes natural home based therapy, surgery or applying ointment. You also need to change your diet habit to reduce the pain of pile.

Internal hemorrhoid are not visible from outside. Normally, you do not feel pain in this case because there aren’t pain receptors inside the rectum. If you see blood when you have a bowel movement, you should consult doctor because it might be a case of internal hemorrhoid. Internal hemorrhoid treatment is necessary otherwise it might become strangulated hemorrhoids.

External hemorrhoids are visible and can be felt outside. These are very uncomfortable. Normally external pile can itch and painful. In acute condition, you might not sit properly. You might develop thrombosed hemorrhoids if a blood clot develops. Thrombosed hemorrhoids bleed a lot and require surgery to repair.

External hemorrhoid treatment includes hemorrhoid cream, ointment, warm baths, witch hazel, or another soothing remedy. Mild internal hemorrhoids can be treated with suppositories of hemorrhoid cream, witch hazel, and possibly by taking a supplement.  You can also take laser based operation as it is less painful.

Finding the right kind of hemorrhoid treatment depends on types of piles you have. Several invasive treatments for thrombosed, prolapsed, and strangulated hemorrhoids are also available. These include rubber band ligation, hemorrhoid surgery, and laser coagulation (an electric current being delivered to the area, shutting down the blood supply to the hemorrhoid).

The pictures are indeed terrible, there is a lot of work that can be done with the microscopic. The microchips they make so tiny are enough proof there is equipment available for everyone to study this but they left people in the dust with no equipment. When are people going to stop having drug, jail, violent, and money problems and real estate magazines full of dream beautiful mansions and get down to real buisness in life?

In General Surgery Mukasey's might be likened to Rubber Band Ligation
-a type of Hemorrhoid procedure which simply cuts of the blood supply to the 'offending' tissue. Even there, there is still something called “Informed Consent”.

I like this paragraph from Page 7, DW.

“The inherent contempt power is not specified in a statute or constitutional provision, but has been deemed implicit in the Constitution's grant to Congress of all legislative powers. In an inherent contempt proceeding, the offender is tried at the bar of the House or Senate and can be held in custody until such time as the contemnor provides the testimony or documents sought, or until the end of the session. Inherent contempt was most often used as a means of coercion, not punishment. A statutory criminal contempt provision was first enacted by Congress in 1857, in part because of the inadequacies of proceedings under the inherent power. In cases of criminal contempt, the offender is cited by the subcommittee, the committee, and the full House or Senate, with subsequent indictment by a grand jury and prosecution by the U.S. Attorney. Criminal contempt, unlike inherent contempt, is intended as a means of punishing the contemnor for non-compliance rather than to obtain the information sought. A statutory civil contempt procedure, applicable only to the Senate, was enacted in 1978. Under that procedure, a witness, who refuses to testify before a Senate committee or provide documents sought by the committee can, after being served with a court order, be held in contempt of court and incarcerated until he agrees to testify. Moreover, the House and Senate have authorized standing or special committees to seek civil enforcement of subpoenas. 19

Supp. 454 (D.D.C. 1976)); H. Res. 899, 121 CONG. Supp. 297, 307 (D.D.C. 1976)).
