Getting up early takes some use to.
And no, at that certain point (and I feel the feeling, heh, from the times of my severe insomnia, waking up too soon, to much before my usual waking time), severe tiredness, nothing helps. Well, I've discovered that fresh cold mineral and 10 min in bed work like charm (improve energy levels slightly for 10%, that is), but I suspect it's different from person to person.
