Boost Health And Wellness With Salmon Oil

Most fish oils on the market are derived from farmed salmon. Even those labeled “Wild” or “Alaskan” may contain only a small percentage of these oils, combined with cheaper commodity oil rendered from farmed salmon and/or other species. Another commonly used source is Atlantic Menhaden, a small, inedible toothless fish typically rendered in a whole, undedicated state.
In contrast, pure wild Alaskan sockeye salmon oil made exclusively from the heads of the fresh sockeye salmon where processing occurs in a plant located only a few steps from where the fresh fish are delivered by the fishing boats each summer. This approach is important to keep quality high also insures that any contaminants present in the body fat and entrails are kept out of the oil.
For thousands of years, the fishes of Alaska’s seas and rivers have supported human use, from fisheries used by Alaska’s indigenous Native peoples since prehistoric times, to today’s modern seafood industry. Alaska is home to abundant stocks of many species of fish, and offers some of the cleanest marine, freshwater, and upland habitats in the world.
Effective state and federal institutions manage fisheries that are productive and sustainable, clean and healthy. Alaska is the only State in the nation whose Constitution explicitly mandates that all fish, including salmon, shall be utilized, developed, and maintained on the sustained yield principle.
Wild fish such as salmon feed on sea plankton which is rich in omega oils DHA and EPA. This is why fish from the sea are over greater value then farm raised fish. Farm raised fish have to have special treatment and food additives to boost their natural omega content or the oil form these types of fish are basically value less.
The real magic with salmon oil lies with two additional fatty acids it contains, namely EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). DHA is the building block of the brain and retinal tissue. It helps with the forming of neurotransmitters and may be necessary for normal eye function. It is these two fatty acids, almost unique to fish oil, that contribute to the growing list of benefits.
The health benefits all depends on the EPA/DHA concentrations in your salmon oil. Check the label to see the concentrations. Typically, the low grade products, the kind you would find in most supermarkets, contain around 90mg EPA and 60mg DHA per capsule. That’s a total of 150mg per one gram capsule, equaling 15% total.
Buy buyer beware, not all brands are the same. Look for molecular distilled oil that removes all the heavy metals as well as PCP and pesticides that may be found in the oil. Quality oil from salmon high in DHA and EPA are available for purchase at your local or internet health food store.

RT Oil spills, Freddy Krueger, and tight pants. The scariest parts of the '80s still haunt us.
The next wave for Ethanol feedstock is cellulose and nothingbeats hemp for cellulose – the hurds(pith)contain 77% cellulose. Hemp requires much less water aad chemicals than other crops that can grow well in North America. Also, the seeds have a high quality oil, suitable for biodiesel and food oils. Our ancestors knew hemp well – maybe it's time has come again.
In addition to dental care here are five habits every dog owner must practice in his/her home:
Exercise:
Dogs spend a lot of time waiting around for us. We go off to work, we’re busy, we have appointments to keep, and our dogs are just hanging out waiting for us to do something with them.
Training:
All great dog owners spend some time training their dogs. Training is the best way to communicate with your dog. Your dog has no idea that they are not supposed to pull on leash, to not jump on guests, or to come back when you call them.
Leadership:
Dogs are social pack animals. They survive by living together in packs. In order for that pack to survive they need to develop a social structure with a leader. When you dog comes into the house, you need to become the pack leader.
Good Food:
All types of dog foods are not created equal. Feeding your dog a good diet is very important. Look at some of the labels on dog food. Some of them are loaded with chemicals, dyes, sugar and low grade products.
Play:
Dogs like to play. Have you ever watched a group of puppies together? It is one of my favorite things to do. A group of puppies will jump, run, tug, and have a great time together. Playing with your dog is a great way to exercise and bond with your dog. It will also fulfill an important need in your dog.
Good Dog Panda !! !!!
Sorry to be getting back to this so late!
Bravo! carries salmon oil in a pump, as do many health food stores.
If you can't find Mirra-Coat, go for any horse coat supplement that is mostly vegetable/vegetable oil (not mineral oil). Some of them also have a bunch of other stuff and vitamins, which I don't want to give a blanket recommendation to because you don't want to unbalance something else and because the Nature's Logic is already giving you a supplement/vitamin source. Mirra-Coat is pretty much just powdered soy oil and biotin; other brands are very similar.

FT – Corn starch is natural, but when you change the molecular structure, re-arranging the molecules to the point that the chains of molecules no longer resemble the corn starch, I can't consider it natural, nor should anyone else.
HFCS is a man made highly processed sweetener with many adverse effects on the human body.
Our bodies function much better on mostly whole foods, vegetables, fruits, seeds, legumes, and other less refined, less processed foods like bread that doesn't contain GRAS food additives.
Oh, by the way, the FDA also list HFCS on the GRAS food additive list, I wonder why? I stay away from all of the food additives listed on the FDA GRAS food additive list.
