I&#039;m not actually a fan of ham (at all) and I liked this one pretty decently. The taste was great. We wished we&#039;d used a bit less salt (you even said that!) and maybe a bit more pepper. We used black forest proscuitto and while it had a nice smokey flavor, I&#039;m not sure it was exactly the right taste combination, but it worked.
